The Family Resource Specialists conducts outreach, interviews parents and builds community relationships to support the programs ability to meet the required capacity and utilization indicators. Family Resource Specialists must have an ability to develop trusting relationships and knowledge of infant and child development. The FRS must also have a capacity for introspection and an ability to communicate awareness of self in relation to others.
Responsibilities:Education:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, college coursework preferred.
Experience:
Must have experience working with or providing services to children and families.
